It’s good, hard to get used to after the extremely simple layout of the og app, but it’s sort of like an iPhone, takes time to get used to. One thing I would change is the credit card payoff, it would be nice to see the balance owed when in the transfer money section. I did have to call to figure out how to pay off my credit card, besides that so far everything has been relatively easy.

Awful app, I have had to change my password four times because it doesn’t remember me. I get locked out, I can’t get anywhere until I can reach someone during business hours and ya all have too many holidays. I am thinking I am gonna have to hire a hacker just to get into my account every time. Your app is driving me up a wall!

I’m now beyond frustrated. After being repeatedly locked out of my account despite using the correct password, I attempted to resolve the issue by phone — only to be told my Social Security Number was invalid. This is categorically false.I then tried emailing support twice, and both attempts failed due to technical errors with the CAPTCHA system. At every turn, your platform has blocked me from accessing basic services, and I’m left waiting until I can speak to a live person tomorrow. That delay is unacceptable.This experience has been infuriating and started with the new app launch

I very much prefer the old app. This one is not user friendly. I had to search all over to locate Zelle to discover it doesn’t currently work. There’s no way to go back to the previous page if I click on something (such as clicking transfer money from the transfers & payments page, then trying to go back to the transfers & payments page - you can’t, so I have to click the home button and start over.) Terribly frustrating.
