So far i havent run into any issues, i have 4 habits being tracked. The habits have good tracking options; those being time, classic, checklist, and count. So far my favorite is Checklist, it lets you have sub tasks in one big task. The only downside, which is a complete non issue, is that you cant—or i havent found a way—make it so that you only have to do a set number of the sub tasks. As Ive used it so far, it seems you have to complete all the sub tasks for it to be completed or press stop for today.Besides that the timer has an in app timer that you have to use to log the task. The classic you just click it and it is completed. And finally is the count where you input a number to reach and you press + and - in the task to progress it.Besides that there is a projects tab, focus tab, and an events tab. None of which ive used yet or rlly plan to use.The only slight turn away is the AI integration. Luckily though, you can easily stray away from the usage of it to maintain control of your habits.
You asked for the one thing we had just finished building. As of today's update (1.1.1), a checklist habit can count the day as done at a number you pick, for example any 3 of 5 sub tasks. Open the habit, tap "Sub tasks" and choose the number. Streaks, rings and widgets follow along. You were not the only one who asked, so thank you for spelling it out so clearly. And thank you for the walkthrough of each tracking type. That is a better tour of Habi than we usually manage ourselves. On AI, you have it exactly right. Habi uses the AI engine built into your iPhone, so everything runs on the device itself and nothing is sent to us or to any cloud. Every AI action is a button you choose to press, and habits work the same with or without it.If Projects or Focus ever earn a second look, the Focus timer pairs nicely with a time-based habit. Thank you for tracking with us.
