I don’t usually do this but this apps physique rating is🔥🔥🔥 I recommend this app it’s so goated. Easy way to track personal records and progress on lifts and the starting questionare actually gave me so much info from just filling out a survey. This is literally the most lifting knowledge I’ve gotten from any app or person. Overall rate this app 10/10

Pretty solid app with good calorie tracking and physique rating. Could use a more in depth workout schedule, where you can target each body part. Pictures would help. Having competition with friends would also help.

This is officially the only app I am using now for workouts and tracking calories. The physique rating is really accurate and super unique. Love seeing that they are updating the app based on these reviews.
