Although it is very identical to the console version. It does seem to run slower. I noticed in many levels it can take minutes after I’ve killed a target for the kill to register. In other cases I’ve seen myself complete challenges but they weren’t registered, forcing me to restart. What I was most disappointed with though was the fact you can’t link progress from console to mobile. I have Hitman 2 & 3 on console and have played through a significant amount. There’s weapons and gear I can’t access. My accounts are all linked in my IO account but the data isn’t transferable it seems. It wouldn’t make sense to buy the game over again. When I tried to look for a way to contact IO I found absolutely nothing. So this was my next best bet of getting someone’s attention. Please fix!

This game is unplayable, honestly. Yes, the story mode is good and runs decently unless you’re in a very populated area or getting shot at. When that happens, the frames drop to zero, and your screen completely freezes, moving frame by frame every five minutes.Not to mention, Freelancer mode is unplayable as is. The moment you drop in literally not even a second into the cutscene you can tell the audio cuts out from the constant lag. Once you get past that, you’re moving at one frame per second before the game inevitably crashes.Hitman has been my go-to for years and always will be, but this version is nothing short of sloppy. I’m not even sure why they released the game in this state and for an original price of $70? You’ve got to be on something. I wouldn’t pay for this even if it was $10 after having this experience.I’m sad to even be writing this review, but it honestly feels like something they didn’t test or optimize at all just pushed out to make a quick buck. You’ve desecrated the Hitman trilogy by releasing this sorry excuse of a mobile version. I hope major improvements are made and soon.For anyone reading this: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME until it’s fixed. This is just sad.

I had started this game on my 15 Pro when it released. It was playable but could get choppy after a while. The new thermals on the 17 Pro make this game run FLAWLESSLY. It works great with touch controls too! Hitman is my "forever game" (I have over 500 hours across other platforms) so it's really awesome to have all 22 levels in my pocket at all times. So glad they just added Freelancer in an update.I can replay this game from scratch forever so I'm not bothered by this, but it would be nice to have the option of cross-save with other versions, especially since progression is online only anyways.If you have a supported device I highly recommend trying the prologue level for free to get a feel of the performance and controls in this version. This is a must have for Hitman fans.

I assure you it’s a scam, all I’ve gotten from this game is all the stuff I’ve had to download previous times getting undownloaded and forcing me to redownload, and it disconnecting from the servers like every 2 minutes, plus taking forever to load anything. I’m on a iPhone 16 Plus, my WiFi is perfectly fine for any other game I’ve ever played, and dispute it being like this months ago it’s still the same to this day for me. Please, stay clear of this port and don’t waste your money on it, you’ll regret it. But look, if you really do want to get and play this game, just get it on ANY other platform, because this port was not planned out well at all.P.S. I’m not trying to hate on the game, I loved playing it on Steam, but this port is too horrible for me to just say nothing, it’s so bad it’s tired me off from wanting to play it on Steam at all, and by the way it’s not cross compatible, so if you already made progress on another platform you’ll have to do it all over again.
