Would rate 0 if I could. Every single time I spoke with someone in this app, they told me something completely different. First it was a $30 financing charge then it was $79 then it was a $4 increase each day until paid off. My fault for not looking closer at the contract, and I will touch on that, but when the vendor and multiple employees at the lender assure you of how something works and then you find out that’s not how it works at all it is frustrating. I would highly recommend considering other options. For example, I borrowed $820 for automotive work, and if I had taken 90 days to pay that I would have paid an extra $360. I took about 2-3 weeks and still paid an extra $60-$100.It is also incredibly difficult to get the hard numbers for the loan until you’ve already signed the dotted line. READ THE CONTRACT AND MAKE SURE YOU CAN HAVE ONE MADE BEFORE YOU SIGN IT. Push for that. Because in my case they would not generate any sort of contract or tell me anything until an invoice was made and most places can make an invoice before doing the work. In my case, they couldn’t, so they had to complete the work for me to be able to even look at a contract. Just don’t borrow from “American First” Finance

I had to put my car in the shop at Midas and of course the corporate shill was expressing how great this app is. Unfortunately I believed him and now I’m stuck in an infinite loop of trying to pay off the work they’ve done which if I’m ever able to pay it off. I’ll probably be 60 years old. I do NOT recommend this app. Yeah it was nice they helped when I didn’t have the money on hand but now it’s like having a boot pressed against my neck pushing my face into mud every single week.

After paying off more than 10 loans with them , nothing change on my finances , income work etc and 2 hrs trying to apply cause here you can’t , you need to go here etc and after so much time lost they didn’t approved me on the app !!! Smh so I call and I ask if I did something wrong and nobody could help me . Ugly customer service

Worst app I’ve ever used. They changed the sign in process, and I could not sign in to my account. I did everything support told me to, and it still didn’t resolve it. The only way I can see my account info is to sign in online. It’s not user friendly at all if you can’t sign in.
