Smarter scanning finds more of your cameras — including HTTPS-only and password-protected ONVIF. No cloud, no accounts, no tracking.
Finally — a simple, fast, and private way to view all your IP cameras.
IP Camera Viewer automatically discovers ONVIF-compatible cameras on your local network — no technical setup, no cloud accounts, no tracking. Just open the app and start watching.

Can set up cameras either through my NVR or directly. Outstanding app support. My initial review had been harsh, due to functionality issues. Developer worked through them quickly and accurately. App now outperforms all other functionally similar apps, mainly by being as solid and as stable as the underlying network. Frosting on the cake is this is the only camera app which does not collect user data. User interface is very good. There is a learning curve due to the number of options and settings, but the learning is not difficult.
Developer Response
Thank you again for the updated review and for recognizing the developer response.I have already made changes intended to better support NVR setups like yours, where the NVR is discovered but the individual Dahua ONVIF camera channels are not being exposed correctly. If you are willing, I would really appreciate having you test a TestFlight build before I release the update publicly. Your setup is exactly the type I want to verify against. Please email me at v5cqpsj4e3u4@opayq.com and mention “Dahua NVR TestFlight” in the message. I can send you a TestFlight invite and work directly with you to confirm whether the fix properly detects and adds your individual camera streams.Thank you again for the detailed feedback. It directly helped improve the app, and I would be glad to get this working properly for your setup.
Perfect for baby cameras
HB1625
I needed an app to watch 2 baby monitor cameras at once and turn the volume down on one to listen to the other. This is the only app with that feature. I can also watch or listen to videos while using my phone for other apps.
Easy and simple
Seltzer Robb
The app does what it says. It finds cameras connected on your network and displays them. I tested this with a cheap PoE camera and it found it right away. Great for monitoring cameras, but don’t mistake it for something that can auto record events, like a security cam app.
Developer Response
Thank you for the thoughtful review! I’m glad the app found your PoE camera right away and made local monitoring simple. You’re also correct that IP Camera Viewer is designed for live, private viewing of cameras on your network rather than automated event recording. I really appreciate you helping clarify that for other users!
Exactly what I needed
FritzMcDougal
I have two IP security cameras from two different companies and I wanted to watch them both at the same time. This app found them, added them, and let’s me view them both.Simple and just works.
A mistyped password no longer locks you out of your own camera.
• When a camera or recorder refuses your login, setup now says the login was rejected instead of reporting that no cameras were found — and it stops early, so it no longer trips the lockout that makes these devices refuse even the correct password for several minutes
• Enter your login once: the option to reuse a saved camera's login now appears on every setup screen, not just Add Camera, so a recorder full of cameras no longer means retyping it for each one
• Fixed a case where one camera's password could carry over into the next camera's login and be rejected there
• Cameras waiting on a Pro upgrade no longer show up as if they were never added, so they can't be set up twice
Thanks for the detailed feedback — it directly shaped this update!
