New: • Care Team — Invite family members and caregivers by email, manage their roles, and remove members. Invited caregivers get a guided sign-up, and what each person can see or do now matches their role. • Care Team Notes — Write notes from the Summary tab, optionally share them with your organization, and tap any note to see it in full. Notes can be linked to a check-in and show the mood and strategies from that log. • Daily reminders — Set your reminder time and how often you're reminded in Settings. Tapping the reminder takes you straight to logging progress. • Automatic check-ins — When an assessment is due, the check-in opens for you on the Today screen. • More patient details — Add a last name and date of birth, and see at a glance when a patient is part of your organization. Improved: • Trends week view now shows a rolling last 7 days. • Progress log entries show which care team member logged the check-in, and when. • You can now add your last name in Account Settings. • The Journal tab is now "My Journal," and Save stays disabled until you've written something. • Updated to the latest platform tooling for better performance and stability.
