Best Doorbell cam app. The Doorbell Cam comes through clear but I wish I didn’t need to have multiple accounts to access the feed on my different devices it’s a little annoying to have more than one personal email account I know it sounds weird but I don’t want to have to use the email account that I use for work search attached to the doorbell cam account. I really don’t need more than one email just for things like smart devices having more than one is just a head ache for me to deal with. I have separate emails for like banking and streaming but having multiple smart devices email accounts is too much to realy deal with.

I thought I was buying a one time camera but nope they trick you into a subscription!! Im giving this app a 3 star because just when you think you’re buying a camera for a one time fee, you end up being inclined to pay a subscription fee. Many first time buyers are unaware of this! I bought this camera for an older aged woman!My main issue, is having to pay to watch a simple video playback. They offer you three days free but that doesn’t offer much value when all i need is to occasionally check clips. Paying to watch my neighbors walk in and out of their house seems unjust.You are only allowed to watch live videos without paying. But sometimes the camera doesn’t pick up who passed by which makes the app less reliable. While it works the performance and cost make it hard to recommend.Heres a simple idea that would make you stand out! Let users for pay per event (serious events) or extra play backs, instead of forcing full subscription. You could still offer the option of the subscription without including playbacks. Just include storage, video downloading, and loop recording. This gives user’s flexibility while keeping the app fairHiding behind your 4.7 stars wont fix real problems. Ignoring frustrated users wont make us disappear, we are here and we are paying attention

My review is this that’s the quality is good. It’s easy to set up and it does keep battery service on. It is sensitive of cars so please don’t put it towards the thoroughfare. And if you do turn up the human detect. But they try to trap you into paying for six months to a year at a time. They won’t do just a simple monthly and I don’t want to pay 30 to 60 to 100 $ out of the batt a lot of people who buy this aren’t able to so remember that if you are low income now, it is a good deal all in all for the prize for the product. I would get it but they’re planning information and all that stuff around the payment. I think they should change and they would get a lot happier customers.

OMG!😱 I love this little doorbell camera, it’s the greatest. I don’t have to worry about my apartment not having the security it lacks anymore, as far as my apartment or my car. When the police came to my door not too long ago to ask if I could look at the feed on my doorbell, to check an incident that happened to my neighbor I complied. And to my amazement it was there! My neighbor was so grateful that he ordered a doorbell camera also. You guys are the greatest, THANKS 🙏🏾.
