This app has honestly been clutch for office lunches 😂The text reminders are a lifesaver bc I’d 100% forget to order half the time. Being able to open the text and reorder in like 1 click is sooo convenient.And not having to pay delivery fees OR tip every single order is honestly the best part. Feels way more worth it compared to the other food apps.Def one of the smoothest lunch apps I’ve used at work.

These guys are absolute scammers. Since our company switched to them for catering a few months ago (we get subsidized for lunch), they have increased the prices of most of the items commonly purchased by us. For example, $17 items are now $20, $13 items are now $14 etc. There’s no way it’s the restaurants increasing their prices since this happens across the board over various restaurants, and it specifically targets commonly ordered items. We’ve only been with them for a few months but this has happened numerous times.

I cannot count the number of times I’ve either not had food arrive or had orders show up incorrect. More importantly, the app has 0 accommodation for allergies or dietary restrictions. I keep ordering things that should be fine, and they arrive contaminated and I can’t eat them. If there was anywhere I could not allergies on an order perhaps this would not happen.
