Turn this off any time with the new "Automatically navigate back on submission" setting. • Set up Auto-Cite for individual note sections from your phone: choose which prior documentation is pulled in, how far back to look, and how it appears in the note. Fixes • Only active note templates appear in the template picker and swap list. • The Add Diagnosis screen opens to full height, and the diagnosis picker's close button is always reachable. • A recording interrupted by closing the app no longer loses its recorded audio count when recovered before your daily sign-in.

Auto-Resume After Interruption: Dictation is now preserved and reliably resumes automatically after interruptions like incoming phone calls or notifications, preventing previously captured text from being lost. Clearer Feedback: Eliminated confusing connection cycling; a clear notification now displays if the connection is lost and the recording is paused. 2. Improved Login & Setup Reliability The app now performs an immediate check for essential services upon login. If a component is missing, you receive a clear notification and instructions, preventing wasted time on inaccessible screens. ⋆ EMR & Workflow Integration 1. Flexible Multi-Location Filter Logic This update provides much greater flexibility for providers who work across multiple settings: You can now select multiple locations at once. Use Include/Exclude logic to easily configure which locations' scheduled items you want to see. Smart Location Cache immediately adds new locations and remembers your preferences. 2. App Updates: Encounter, Note, and Billing Workflow The latest update to the app introduces several key changes to improve your workflow within the encounter screen. The new bottom navigation bar lets you move quickly between the Encounter, Note, and Billing screens without leaving the current patient visit. Encounter Screen (Heart Icon) Begin Recording Button: The button is now a clearer, green "play" icon with bold text, making it easier to see and start a dictation. Two Options After Pausing: If you pause a dictation, you'll now see two options: Continue Recording: Tap to resume your dictation from where you left off. Generate Note: Tap to create the clinical note based on everything you have dictated so far. Note Screen (Note Icon) Ambient Edit Icon: The "Big Brain" icon for Ambient Edit is now larger and easier to see. Tap it to review and edit the AI-generated note before you finalize it. Push to EMR: The button to push the note to the EMR is now a green checkmark in the top right corner. This new location makes it more visible and accessible. Red Dots: A red dot over the Note or Billing icons in the navigation bar means a note or codes have been generated but are not yet finalized. You must review and finalize these items to complete the encounter. The red dot disappears once the task is complete. Medical Billing Screen (Dollar Sign Icon) Background Generation: The app now generates billing codes in the background. While the "Circuits Firing" screen is shown, you can continue working in other parts of the app, such as reviewing the note or going back to your schedule. Sign Off All: The new Sign Off All button in the top right corner allows you to finalize all pending codes at once, removing the red dot and confirming the billing process is complete.

The app is now faster and more responsive. Calendar Navigation A new calendar icon on the schedule page gives you a full-month view. Quickly jump to any day's schedule, navigate between months, and see your current day highlighted. The app now remembers the last date you viewed, saving you time. Bug Fixes Scheduling: Fixed an issue where multiple appointments at the same time were not displaying correctly. Environment Switching: You can now change environments without needing to log out and back in to see your updated schedule. Clinical Context: Resolved a critical bug where the app was erroneously auto-populating diagnoses in clinical notes without them being mentioned. Billing: Clinical context will no longer be passed to the billing model, preventing items from being generated that were not in the note. Note Generation: Fixed an issue where the app was creating unintended extra sections in generated notes, ensuring all content appears in its correct place.
