NKO club is AMAZING to say the least. I personally was a fan of Kendall Toole from her days at another platform since I could relate to the pop punk former emo days -so when she launched NKO club I told myself I’d try it for the free trial. Not only did I sign up for the year as a founding member after the trial but it has changed my life. I am pushed harder than I’ve ever been pushed so my body is actually getting results but more importantly I’m a happier mom! The mindset that’s taught in the classes, the gratitude journal that’s so easy to remember to do, and the breathwork really complete a fully rounded person not just a workout. I am so excited to show up for my workouts and know not only am I getting stronger but I’m a better person because of it. If you’re on the fence of trying NKO don’t miss out! This app will change you in ways you don’t even realize you need. 🤍

Kendall was the first instructor I took class from when I got my Peloton in 2020 (twas a superb pop-punk playlist that initially drew me 😛), and whenever I tried to branch out, mostly because I thought I should take advantage of the selection of instructors available, I always came right back to Kendall. Why? Because the way she motivates and encourages us through her authenticity is unmatched. If you’re looking for a user-friendly, 360° fitness/wellness experience that feels genuinely personal, you’ve found it! It’s clear that Kendall spent an extraordinary amount of time carefully designing this app to give us everything we need to keep getting stronger and showing up as our best selves. The programming is challenging, thoughtful and intentional, integrating cycling, strength training, boxing, Pilates, stretching and mobility, and breathwork. And I love that she centers purpose and personal progress over numbers and games (though there is definitely no shortage of fun!). As a competitive tennis player who constantly laments her refusal to stretch in her stubborn youth 🤪, NKO Club has made it easy for me to incorporate Pilates, stretching, and mobility into my daily workouts. Kendall makes it both fun and educational, which has made a huge difference for me on the court (also, I’m not fully convinced the hip mobility class isn’t just actual witchcraft). If Kendall was your go-to instructor on her previous platform, she’s on another level here. And if you’ve never taken a class with her, I highly recommend it...and promise you won’t regret it!

I’ve tried a lot of online workout programs, but NKO Club is honestly the first one that has actually made a real difference for me. The workouts are challenging in the best way and I genuinely get sore after them, which almost never happens to me with most virtual workouts. It actually feels like you’re getting a real workout instead of just going through the motions.What I also love is that the app isn’t just about fitness. The breathing exercises in the morning have helped me so much, especially on days when I wake up feeling anxious. There’s also a sleep one that helps calm my mind down at night and actually lets me fall asleep, which is always hard for me and become an amazing tool to help me get to bed early. I have a passion for boxing and cycling and it’s crazy that she made a app with both of them incorporated on here, but she also has Pilates and stretching so it’s like I’m getting a little bit of everything. And Kendall is so authentically herself and WILL PUSH YOU— even if it’s online. I leave feeling sore and like I actually did something. If you love cooking she also has amazing meals with recipes for breakfast lunch and dinner, which can become a great tool if you love new recipes that can help you with your fitness journey. This app has helped me mentally and physically, and I’m not usually one to never write a review. Kendall has done an amazing job and I can’t wait to see what else she brings to the app in the future! If you’re someone who struggles with staying consistent or wants workouts to make you actually feel physically and mentally stronger, I really recommend this app.

I wanted to share some honest feedback as someone who followed Kendall specifically because of her music-driven coaching style.What originally made Kendall stand out was the playlists and the way classes were taught to the beat. That rhythm and musicality were a huge part of the motivation and energy. With NKO Club not having integrated music, it feels like a core part of that experience is missing. Having to find our own playlists changes the flow of the workout, and it also noticeably shifts the coaching energy, it’s harder to build momentum when the class isn’t driven by the music.Because of that, the experience feels very different from what Kendall is known for, and less exciting overall.I also want to be honest about pricing. At a similar price point to the Peloton app, the value comparison feels off. Peloton offers a much larger library, multiple instructors, licensed music, and higher production value. With NKO Club being one instructor, limited content, and no integrated music, the current pricing feels high for what’s included.I truly believe in Kendall’s coaching and programming, but for this platform to feel worth the cost, it would either need integrated music / beat-driven classes or a pricing model that better reflects the scope of the offering.I’m sharing this because I want the app to succeed and feel aligned with what originally made Kendall’s classes so special.Thank you for taking the time to read this.Best,
