I was reluctant to give this app a try because I felt that I had my screen time relatively under control, but I am glad I did. It has really helped me become more thoughtful about how often I scroll on social media without really being aware of it. A nice perk of this app is that it not only helps limit my screen time but reminds me to think about what I would rather do with my time during those weak moments. Over time I have gotten better at keeping my priorities straight when it comes to allocating my time. I think the whole world could benefit from this app in today’s day and age.

I’ve been trying to reduce my screen time because I work from home and sometimes I get super distracted by certain apps. The ability to block certain apps has been super helpful in increasing my productivity. I have another work from home friend who I use for the accountability and it’s always a lil embarassing when they catch me slacking

TimeBack has been incredibly helpful for me. My screen time is about an hour lower than it was before, and I’ve been using that time to read instead of doom scrolling before bed. My sleep has never been better!
