Stopped working just after starting my half marathon that I really needed motivation for. Tried doing a quick custom run to just get it back up and it just kept processing payment that I've already paid for.

I want to love this app but every time I try to create a custom run it take me to a screen to upgrade and process my subscription (which I’ve already paid for) and it’s an ongoing turning circle that goes nowhere. Super frustrating!

The idea is there. But. You shouldn’t charge people to be cheered on by loved ones. For free I’ll record all of my people saying amazing things then play it at certain times of the race. Don’t download unless you like wasting money and time.

Waste of money. Bought it for my run and did not work. So i gave it the benefit of the doubt for my second run. Still did not work. Just keeps loading. How do i get my refund.
