I lost my sweet boy Zy unexpectedly 2 weeks before his 11th birthday, and honestly a part of my heart left with him. He wasn’t just a cat, he was my emotional support, my shadow, my best friend, and my little soulmate in fur. Even now, I still haven’t fully recovered because he truly was my whole world.This app has brought me so much comfort because it gives grieving pet parents a beautiful way to keep their babies’ memories alive. I truly believe Zy still sends me signs he’s around watching over me, through signs, dreams that felt so real and after losing him, Marble ( a random Calico Sweet Cat who sleeps with me every night the way he would, talks like he would with his little “quackies” duck 🦆 chirps/ meows and came into my life when I needed love the most. Deep down, I feel like Zy had a paw in that too, almost like a reminder that the love we shared never really left. 🩶🐾✨Thank you for creating something so meaningful and comforting for people healing from the loss of a beloved pet.💤💙💔❤️‍🩹💘💙

My husband downloaded this app and showed it to me. I was so happy and tearful at the same time. The app made me feel like a part of Cleo was still here with us. So I downloaded it onto my phone. That is where it all ended. First of all I DL’d the same photo but instead of short white ears they gave her white that turned into black floppy ears. I clicked on the it wasn’t her so her entire trip over the bridge (first five photos were erased). Then things sorta smoothed out and I thought ok I’ll write my review and give it a four. Then the latest happened. She is sitting in a field licking her paws and then starts scratching her ears. Instead of a PAW it’s a human HAND scratching her face. On top of that one of her ears is freaking black again. Of course I respond it’s not her. But alas you never know if anybody reads the things because you never receive a response of any kind. So does it really do any good to fill out it’s not your Pet? Well not in my opinion. Lastly the very last photo I did with video has Cleo running forward away from me and dangit that stupid black ear!!!Sighs. It has really taken the closeness that I felt with Cleo away. It now feels like a chore. I don’t even come visit but once a day if that. I plan on deleting the app here soon. I know my husband is very happy with his account as he should be. His isn’t all wonky and messed up. Sorry guys but it’s an epic fail right now. Figure it out and I will gladly revisit this review.

honestly, I didn’t even though it was an app that charged I thought there was a free version or the paid version for extra stuff so it is disappointing that after I use it only a couple hours it won’t let me use any longer. i’ve been struggling really bad lately with the loss of my dog, especially because it’s coming up on the year anniversary of having to put her down, and even though I know this isn’t real it just helped me be a little bit. Happy seeing her randomly pop up and doing things. but I also don’t feel like this app is really worth that money. It’s really expensive and I’m struggling financially right now and five dollars a week adds up quick. I wish you guys would do a free version that had ads and a paid version with extra stuff or just do a one time charge rather than five dollars a week or 70 for a year. I honestly feel like it’s pretty overpriced and it’s kind of taking advantage of people that are grieving over their loss of their animal who are just trying to look for a little bit of comfort.. I do hope you guys either lower your prices or offer a free version as well but unfortunately I’m not gonna be able to continue with this so I guess thanks for the tease 😕

I love watching her play with the other animals and the video are so cute I love watching her with the wish flowers and the video of her eating them looks just like her eating them in our backyard she had pancreatitis and I think she knew that it settled her stomach but it was so funny watching her eating them in real life. 80% of the pictures are perfect they’re still updating so they get better and it’s easy to say if it’s her and is there anything wrong and they seem to fix your issues with no problems great app beautifully built to enjoy every day with your baby. Some pictures have been so amazing I have cried it’s like she is with me and I use the picture of her sleeping in her mushroom home as a night lite so anytime I wake up I see her sleeping with great detail and her breathing is the chef’s kiss thank you for bringing my baby back:)
