I had another account with this company that I forgot that I had I had a email account which cost that I use and I had lost my password and I had problems with my identity theft of someone that I was going in the business with that messed up my telephone I had to get a new phone but I have a comet due to the fact that was able to make one more than one One email account and which cause it was up under the first email which quiz I was still connected to Google that I was able to get in so I finally got a chance to get some money out of the account due to the fact that I was dead broke just said purchase a house and I was trying to get in contact with you this company that I have an account with and it was stressful but God sees another way to help you so I finally got in but I could not change anything because the company still haven’t got back to meBut I did get a chance to get some money to pay some bills and buy some food and this was doing the course of Covid Covid so I praises be to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and I think the company for bearing with me and I look forward to continue to work with them and do business and I appreciate the company thank you.

Good app but needs improvements

Overall it is a good app. However, it has a couple of bugs and need some improvements.Some bugs I found:1. While holding the iPhone (12 Max Pro) sideways while looking at my watchlist, then tap on a cryptocoin’s chart, it takes me to the chart page but the back arrow button disappears. 2. While holding the iPhone (12 Max Pro) sideways and looking at a cryptocoin’s chart and I go back to my watchlist, then select another coin’s chart, it shows me the previous coin’s chart and not the one I selected. Suggested improvements:1. Chart view: make letters and numbers bigger. Have an option to increase/decrease the size of letters and numbers. It’s too small. 2. Always display at what price I bought each coin in all screens where my investment is displayed, and not just when the phone is held sideways but also straight. 3. Display a chart showing performance of my investments, overall and individual: name, amount invested, # of coins or stock with price when bought, current price, % gain/loss, trend, average in # days, etc. There is a screen that shows all that, but this info needs displayed in many other places (at least the price bought at).4. Make search more powerful. It should display suggested and “sounds like” results. It looks to me that I need to spell the words correctly from the beginning to obtain good results. 5. Search/list all coins, tokens and stocks in the universe, not just the ones you offer for trade. Also search for crypto technologies and projects, not just the coins names.

This company is horrendous and I would never use them again. The apps are poorly designed and not functional. They hold your crypto investment for 60 days before you can trade or transfer it. They didnt even have a two step verification app feature so very poor security. They do not disclose this so the user is "bamboozled" into thinking its immediately available to trade, or move. Then they flag your account and require extra verification or they say they will close your positions. After all this I withdrew crypto which actually made me lose money since I was planning to hold the position. Luckily it was only a small amount I invested but it was very annoying and inconvenient, and lost me $100 or more. Then I wanted to withdraw my money and its been going on 6 days and my withdraw is still in a pending status with no follow up or explanation. So to recap: 1. bait and switch 60 day hold period for your initial crypto investment, 2. No two step app access for security while they "60 day hold". 3. The apps are terrible UI with two confusing apps. 4. They force you to use biometric data to prove identity or they shut off your account. 5. If user doesnt agree, user then has to prematurely leave position which can lose you money. 5. When you try to withdraw money they hold it for a week with no sense of urgency or explanation. As well, it is necessary for the security of one's account. 5. When the client's account isn't fully verified, it will be ultimately liquidated. We'll close all positions, refund the remaining balance, and limit/close the account within 15 days. 6. Once your account is fully verified, withdrawals are usually easy and can be done instantly with eToro Money. However, for other payment methods, it may take a few additional days for the withdrawal to arrive at the destination account. Bad customer service, possible theft

Do a web search of people trying to withdraw funds that they deposited to EToro and how much trouble they had trying to get it from EToro. I didn’t do this research, opened an account and deposited money. Then, I decided to go with a different platform, transferred out my funds, and closed my account. Big mistake. Lo and behold, no money appeared in my bank. I submitted a ticket, and only then was I told that my transfer was “rejected” by my bank, and a *partial*, lower amount of it was returned to my account with no further explanation. The rep then promptly closed the ticket despite no resolution. EToro’s App and Web-based site tells me that because I closed the account, I can’t access or reopen it, which means I can’t access the “returned” funds to retranser them. And, they have no Customer Service number. In order to use their Customer Service Online Chat function, you have to sign in, and EToro prevents me from signing in to chat because my account is closed, and gives no other options to Chat with a rep. Given my difficulties in getting my money back and numerous similar stories online from other users, AVOID this platform. If transfer/withdraw issues are rife and so often not resolved by their CS team, how do we get our deposited funds back from this company?
