I love this game! I fell and needed a game to help my thinking get back to normal. It has been a wonderful game to help me, however! Lately your ads are making me want to delete your game! Ads that won’t let me exit out of them and won’t let me continue my game. Especially the one that says “you have to download this now”! I don’t even have this game! And if this is your game you should say so and not call it something else! Frustrating!

I cannot thank you enough for fixing this problem so quickly. I checked the app out after the recent update with the fix and I was incredibly happy to see that my app was back and ready to use. This is one of my favorite games. And I have not found a substitute, even though I tried. Thank you so much. After the last upgrade, I am no longer able to use the app when I launch a puzzle, Bonuses overlap the puzzle. You cannot access the whole puzzle. I’ve tried everything and cannot figure out what the problem is. I wrote support, but they did not respond. This is the second review I have written. I do not know why the first review did not show up.

Why do the special tiles not show up often in the game? The regular tiles are always in play and every once in a while the special tiles show up. PLEASE put the special tiles in play more often. Thank you.

Temu Ad
frustreated puzzler
I really enjoy playing this game and I understand the need for ads. I won’t even complain about the number of ads (although it would be easy to) because I do chair exercises while the ad plays. But I’m definitely complaining about the Temu ads! There seems to be no way for them to end on their own or for me to close out the ad. I hate them!! If this is not fixed soon, I will delete the app!
