Clearer way to reach your assistant The lock in the message bar is now a robot with "Ask AI" beside it, so it's obvious how to talk to your assistant instead of texting the customer. A private message is one message. It goes to the assistant, never to your customer, and the next thing you type goes to the customer as usual. Photos and their captions follow the same rule. Referring a job: when no pro is signed up near you, you can now hand it to the Hometown team to find someone.

New: private messages to the assistant In a text conversation, tap the lock in the message bar to write directly to the assistant. The customer doesn't receive it and doesn't see it, and the assistant keeps replying to them as usual. Private messages are labeled "Only you" in the thread.

Your dashboard was counting old jobs. Upcoming jobs and estimated pipeline now only count work that is still ahead, and anything past its date shows up as waiting to be closed out. You can mark a job finished even if it was cancelled, and nothing gets cancelled for two weeks now instead of three days. The booking assistant no longer offers a day you do not work, and it names the actual open times instead of asking the customer to guess.

Fixed the map. Fixed pricing and scheduling a job from a conversation: the fields were locked, and saving quietly dropped the price and time. Added notes to jobs that don't have any yet. Notifications now open the screen they're about.

Every text now shows the customer, service and price. Green when it's booked, grey when it's still pending. Tap a client's name to call them, change the price, reschedule, or add notes and photos. Jobs the assistant books by text can be edited now too. Job and receipt photos save to your account, so they follow you to a new phone. Notifications now say what actually happened.
