Text consultation essentials: If you’re in Hong Kong or Japan, you can chat with a licensed doctor directly in the app. Turn on notifications so you never miss a message. You can also revisit any past or completed conversations anytime — everything stays in one convenient place for you.
Ask Noah — AI chat: Instant AI-powered answers about our services, treatments, doctors, and health topics, with seamless escalation to human customer support for requests like delivery changes or consult rescheduling.
Smart reminders: Get a nudge when you need it. We’ll send push notifications 30 minutes and 2 minutes before your video consultation so you’re always on time. If you’re doing a text consultation, you’ll get notified the moment your doctor replies — no waiting, no guessing.
