This app is horrible. Placing an order only works sometimes, the laundromat I’ve used for 6 years has so many issues with the app which is why you don’t get real updates, and every time I’ve placed an order with this new app, the app customer support calls me to confirm if my order was picked up and dropped off instead of fixing the issues with their platform to get updates. As someone who builds mobile apps, this is a terrible experience for customers and businesses and never should have been released as a “new” app.

App is terrible. Tried multiple times to order laundry and it’s not intuitive at all. The dates are confusing and you receive no confirmation on whether or not the business is confirming your order. “Next Day” delivery is confusing and ambiguous. There is also no way to cancel your order and it’s hard to see a full page of details of your order. Did AI put this together? It’s awful.

I been looking for this kind of service for a while. Quick pick up and delivery. Worth the price. Made me feel like I bought new clothes the way they were folded and packaged. They know what they doing by allowing you to choose the laundry at of your choice. People I spoke with were also very polite and accommodating!

This is a scam. Do not download the app because the laundry mat will not receive your order and you’ll receive your refund in “1-5 business days”. Find a different service. Very disappointed and the customer service was terrible. Trying to find the number to call was a mission. If you decide to ignore this review and the others, you’ll need to download the other app to find the help line number to call.
