I’m very overweight and just starting but it is just enough to make me sweat and struggle without me over doing it. I do see it will increase slowly, which is perfect for beginners. I do wish there was a way to flag individual steps that are too difficult. My arms cannot at this point support my weight and a couple exercises has me on one arm and my feet. I cannot do them yet but go up on my knees instead.

Changing Intensity Problem

I have not been able to change the intensity of my workouts. I have contacted CS and completed all the troubleshooting tasks they have asked and it still won’t save to “medium”. I like the workouts but without ease to change my intensity when needed, I don’t want to pay/keep the app.

Sorry for the issue. Please try changing it in Settings → Plan Settings, and if it still doesn’t save, contact us and we’ll help.
