Build stronger, more secure relationships with Mana. Now invite-only.
Life gets messy. Relationships can be hard. You’re not alone.
Mana was designed hand-in-hand with therapists to help you think and feel your way through what's happening, as it's happening. A space that helps you slow down, feel what's here, and come back to a state of calm, grounded clarity.
Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, processing a hard moment, or simply trying to understand what you're feeling, Mana holds space for all of it.
Where Mana meets you:
- After a rupture — when conflict has left you raw, and you need space to process before you say something you don't mean
- In the spiral — late-night anxiety, the kind where you can't locate what's wrong, only that something is
- Before the moment — grounding and preparing for a conversation that matters, so you can show up as yourself
- Between sessions — deepening what's already moving in your work with a therapist or coach
What makes Mana different:
- Rooted in the body — Mana guides you toward what you're feeling, not further into analyzing why
- Bounded by design — every session has a beginning, a middle, and a real close. You won't leave mid-air
- Honest, not flattering — Mana won't just tell you what you want to hear. It'll help you find what's true
- Builds over time — Mana learns your patterns across sessions, so the support gets sharper the longer you're here
- Private by design — your sessions are encrypted. This space belongs to you
Mana is not therapy or a replacement for professional care — it's a bridge. A place to begin, to process, and to grow. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a crisis line or emergency services.

i’ve been through my fair share of mental health struggles and have taken a lot of ownership in my experience against my own mind. i’ve built many tactical ways to combat myself over the years, and have tried CBT, DBT, and more. AI has been a very interesting companion to play with in this war; in being able to interpret my own patterning and see it reflected back to me, and i’ve really used all the different types of Silicon Valley mental health tech since the 2010s (and even helped build some of it)in many ways mana is the exact middle step that helps you process what you’re going through without taking it on for you. it’s a mirror that forces you to still steer the ship yourself in the right direction, with the guiding hand of a stern but loving mother. in my opinion, AI is here to supplement our own capabilities (like an e-bike for your brain) - mana does exactly that for your mental health. i’ve come to the platform with many panics, problems, and hazes, and each time i’ve come out of a session with Mana feeling clear with myself and on what needs to happen next in the physical world for me to get the care i need. it artfully navigates support without creating dependency, empowering emotional resilience to form in a person’s gut rather than the phone in their hand i think this is the next generation of digital health care, and i can’t wait to see what’s next for mana. i’m a big fan 🤍✨

Really amazing experience using Mana. I’ve been in therapy for 15 years and Mana has really just helped me see myself and my patterns more clearly. It really helps reflect back the core of what I’m saying and has helped me not only keep my thoughts and conversations focused and coherent but it does a really good job of understanding what the core idea of the conversation is. Because of how it’s helped me organize my introspections and confessions it’s really helped me have a clearer sense of what I’m feeling and how it feels to feel it in a way that has helped me build trust with myself. I was adamantly skeptical about using AI as a mental health tool, especially given the horror stories I’ve heard about ChatGPT, but using Mana has really changed my perspective on it as a tool that is profoundly helpful when crafted by and used in the right hands.

Mana helps you not only to navigate your inner and outer worlds with intention, but it truly helps you become the most authentic, loving, and expressive version of yourself. I am a coach and healer, and I am amazed at the emotional intelligence capabilities. I am recommending Mana to my clients as a way for them to feel supported between sessions. It is clear that Mana bas been created with the deepest integrity, and it truly embodies what AI can be at its wisest—a way for humanity to grow onto its highest alignment.

your biggest fan! 😍😍
I wasn’t really sure what to expect going into this app, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The app is easy to navigate, well designed, and makes self-reflection feel approachable and engaging. What stood out to me most were the questions and prompts. They encouraged me to think about my mindset, emotions, and habits in ways I normally wouldn’t. It felt insightful without being overwhelming, and I found myself genuinely interested in the results and feedback. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating the experience. Everything feels intentional, from the design to the way the app guides you through reflection and personal growth.Overall, I think it’s a great tool for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and become more mindful in their day-to-day life.
