Super easy to use and awesome way to get around Smuggs. The apps tells you exactly an estimated wait time, who your driver will be and the shuttle number as well. There was a minor bug where it said my building was outside the pick up zone despite the building next to us being inside the pick up zone- but that was fixed within a day. Great way to start the new season!

Super easy to use and awesome way to get around Smuggs. The apps tells you exactly an estimated wait time, who your driver will be and the shuttle number as well. There was a minor bug where it said my building was outside the pick up zone despite the building next to us being inside the pick up zone- but that was fixed within a day. Great way to start the new season!

The set up is very confusing and it makes scheduling shuttle transport obnoxious. You must manually type in the pick up and drop off locations. Sometimes even the listed locations in the bus loop don’t show up and sometimes the bus driver will accept your ride but immediately mark it as complete.

This app is awful, it is not working & it takes forever for a shuttle to get to you. Horrible app, very upset about how they changed.
