This is by far my favorite way to buy concert tickets. The app layout makes it easy to find the exact show I am looking for in my city. My favorite part is that It has introduced me to shows in my city that I didn't even know was happening!

I used gotickets to buy tickets to Disney on ice recently and it was super easy. I compared to a few other sites and the prices were good so I bought and got the tickets right away.

Was told that purchased Parking Ticket at the event was a scam

Tickets for the event were good. But when we pulled into the lot we were instructed to park in, on the parking ticket we also bought, the attendant told us that our ticket was a scam, wouldn't scan it, and they wouldn't honor it. We reached out to customer service, and the best they would do was a $8 dollar refund and a 10% discount on next purchase. Why would I buy a discounted second ticket that also wouldn't be honored?? Unsatisfied and won't be using again
