I wish there was a way to put photos in the review to prove this is a highly dysfunctional app. I have only one personal email address. I had the previous app already set up so I went through to remind myself of the password since I couldn't log in. This app tells me there's no such person with the email address that I should go create a new account so I do. Which it then tells me I cannot because that email address is already in use. Somebody needs to fix this and I would love a reply on how I can get around this problem. Can the pharmacy fix it from their end? Can anyone fix it? It's pretty stupid to have this cyclical problem.

Cannot even log in. After going through the “registration” process for an account I should already have from the old app, nothing happens after you enter email/password and click sign in. Just sits there on that same page with no update as to what may (or may not) be happening.Edit: now able to log into account, but “system experiencing technical issues and cannot process refill”. What’s the point, honestly? Do I just need to go back to calling my refills in over the phone? Switch to a different pharmacy? Honestly, what is the point of this non-functional app?!

I had no idea there was a change over in apps and couldn’t figure out why I could not sign into my account then I find this new app with all these one star reviews complaining about how they can’t access their account and I got the same issue about not recognizing my email. Come to find out you had to recreate an account once I did that I finally got in. I’m giving three stars because it could’ve been better explained and pre-warned us so that we were better prepared in the changeover.

The switchover to this new app was sloppy at best. The new app is even less satisfactory.The refill process—which was intuitive in the old app— is now more difficult. I do a lot of online shopping and am pretty good at navigating a site. This is not true of the new app. I scanned my barcode and got an invalid prescription number error. The refill # worked fine when entered manually.The “pharmacy select” field was not as evident as it should be. It is easy to overlook as is.
