RentalEase Technician is the internal mobile app for technicians working with RentalEase-managed properties. This app is not a public marketplace. Access is provided only to approved technicians connected to a RentalEase account. What you can do: - Claim available jobs Browse available work and claim jobs when you’re ready to take them on. - See the details you need on-site Open a job to view property address, job information, and contact details—so you can work efficiently without back-and-forth. - Manage jobs from start to finish Track your assigned jobs, keep an eye on due dates, and complete work when it’s ready. - Upload completion reports Attach job completion reports to keep records clear and professional. - Track payments View payment status and history in one place. - Stay updated Receive push and in-app notifications when new jobs are available and when important job updates happen. - Dark mode Comfortable viewing in any lighting. Privacy & security We protect technician and job data with secure authentication and encryption. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third‑party ads. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where overdue jobs were disappearing from the job list, preventing technicians from completing them. Overdue jobs now remain visible and can be completed as normal.
