A more personal experience The dashboard now opens directly to your mentor chat — it's the first thing you see. A new emotional check-in at the start means you don't need a clear goal to begin. If you just need to talk, you can. Mentor, Confident, Sage Personalities have new names and are now chosen based on what you need, not what the coach does. Each mentor greets you by name with a personalized opener. Fairer streaks Your streak now stays alive with any activity — chat, logging your mood, completing a habit, or listening to a perspective. If you skip a day, your streak breaks correctly when you come back. Redesigned daily quests Every quest is specific and completable inside the app. Each one tells you exactly what to do and where to do it, and completes automatically when you take the action. More relevant TED perspectives Suggested topics are now based on what you've talked about with your mentor — your real blockers, your wins, your moment.
