MachDB allows you to download and transfer Garmin avionics database updates to an SD card in seconds using your iPhone or iPad for fast updates in the field.
All you need is your iPhone or iPad and a standard USB-C SD card reader. No proprietary hardware required! Download in seconds over Wi-Fi or Cellular connections.
MachDB is compatible with all modern Garmin avionics that use SD cards or USB keys for database updates, using your existing Jeppesen database account.
Supported avionics include:
-Garmin G1000, G1000 Nxi, Perspective and Perspective +
-Garmin G3000 and G3000 PRIME
-Garmin GTN 600 and 700
-Garmin G500 & G600
-Garmin G3X and G2000
-Garmin GI 275

1.0.2 Build 25 - Improvements for large accounts
-Fixed a performance issue for accounts with large #'s of tail numbers in them that caused the app to be slow or freeze
-If 5 or more tail numbers are in the account, databases won't be checked for download automatically (since you will typically only be updating 1 or 2 tails at a time).
-If 5 or more tail numbers, a new filter box will be displayed at the top of the database list, letting you quickly filter to just a subset of the tails you are interested in
