The new app is not horrible, but I miss certain features in the old app, like seeing all my accounts without having to click on a 2nd link, seeing the memo on internal transfers, which I use often and now miss it very much. I hope the developers will restore memo display on the next version upgrade.

This app used to work great now for the past 5-days you can’t deposit checks with it. But you can spend two hours on the phone trying to talk with a human and then they’ll tell you that they don’t know when or even if this feature will be included again. They could have posted something on the app or on their website or even a recorded message when you called in for online banking support, but they haven’t - you have to wait on hold for them to tell you that the app is broken. Hopefully this helps someone else not waste their morning with the broken.

I see absolutely nothing positive about this new app and so many downsides. The biggest downside is that people with old phones can no longer use it and now have no way of depositing checks without actually going into a branch. There was zero warning that the app would become completely unusable.Beyond that, the rollout has been very slow and buggy. Cannot send messages from the app. Some features finally work (eg check deposits for those on new enough phones), but Quicken downloads are still not available weeks after the roll out.

I was very worried about this new app, given all the negative feedback. I was able to transfer everything over quickly and able to deposit checks, which is the only thing I do on the app.One QOL feature that did not make the migration is that the check deposit feature no longer detects and fills in the check amount so you have to do it manually. It would be nice if they added this back in.
