Add a custom date to each entry so your history stays accurate even when you're logging transactions after the fact. Every transaction is editable and deletable, so you're never locked into a mistake.
Joint Accounts Made Simple
Vault is built for shared finances. When you create an account, you receive a unique 8-character invite code. Share it with anyone — a partner, a parent, a roommate — and they can join your account when they register. From that point on, everyone on the account sees the same transactions and balance in real time. No more texting "did you pay the electricity bill?" and no more surprises at the end of the month.
Bill Scheduling & Reminders
Never miss a payment again. The Bills tab lets you schedule recurring and one-time bills with a due date, amount, category, and reminder settings. Set how many days in advance you want to be notified and at what time of day. Mark bills as paid with a single tap, and edit or remove them whenever your plans change.
Dashboard at a Glance
The home screen gives you an instant financial snapshot: your current balance, total credits, total debits, and your most recent transactions — all without having to dig through menus. The clean, dark interface is easy to read at a glance, day or night.
Export Your History
When tax season rolls around or you just want a record of your spending, hit Export and download your full transaction history as a CSV file. The file includes the date, type, amount, description, category, and any notes for every transaction — ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app.
Secure by Design
Your data is protected with token-based authentication. Log in with your username and password, and your session stays active across app restarts. Sign out at any time from the Account tab.
