PRIVACY
Your pet's records live on your devices and in your iCloud — not on our servers. Pro AI chat sends your question plus a short summary of the pet you're asking about (name, breed, age, medications, recent symptoms) through our relay to OpenAI to write the answer. We don't keep it. OpenAI may hold it up to 30 days for abuse checks, never for training, and it's never linked to you. Your photos and full records stay put. The safety checker runs entirely offline. No third-party analytics SDKs.
