If your account is pending document verification, you’ll see a red banner on Home: review usually takes 24–48 hours, and you can’t go online until you’re approved. Contactless orders from Veyro Food: If the customer asked for no-contact delivery, you’ll see a photo-only confirmation flow (no delivery PIN on screen).
