more Vigdís 3.0 brings Lóa to life.
• Celebrations at your pace: when a routine or streak is done, Lóa flies in to celebrate and waits until you tap Continue.
• Lóa feels alive: she greets you by time of day, follows your finger, hops when tapped and has her own soft sounds (silent in Calm Mode).
• A clear next step: one main button on every screen, and the next task glows gently.
• Long-press any task to edit, duplicate or delete it, then drag to reorder.
• More room for your list: the buttons and tab bar tuck away as you scroll down.
• Fewer choices: a simpler task form, emoji ideas from the task name, and recommended templates and rewards for each age.
• Statistics open with a one-line summary from Lóa, with every chart right below.
• Little touches: progress pills fill smoothly as tasks get done, numbers roll, settings are tidier and the Icelandic text has been polished throughout.
• New app icons, a Lóa widget and a sleeker timer in the Dynamic Island.

Ready for iPhone Duo. Vigdís now uses the full screen on the new foldable iPhone.
See your sync at a glance. The task list shows a small status when something needs attention: offline with changes waiting, a sign-in that expired, or terms not yet accepted. Settings has a new Status screen with the backend, sign-in, sync, terms and notifications in one place.
Works offline. Everything keeps working without a connection; changes sync when it's back, and nothing is lost if our server is unreachable.
Easier on a new phone. Sign in and your profiles come back. "Last backed up" now shows in each profile's settings.
A quick confirmation before cloud backup: Vigdís is for personal and family use, and we ask you to confirm that once.
Plus: notifications check, a reminder if reminders are switched off for Vigdís, weekly recap only for weeks with activity, and fixes.

Calmer days, one step at a time
• Do mode, rebuilt: one big step at a time with a visual timer, a gentle one-minute warning and a peek at what's next — so kids can move through a routine on their own.
• Rewards that keep them going: see the next goal and how many days until they reach it, hold to redeem, and undo a mistaken redemption from History.
• Progress you can see: a new Analytics page shows how routines are going over the last 8 weeks, which times of day go best, and where your child needs a hand. A weekly recap arrives every Sunday evening.
• Faster task creation: tap +, type, done. You can now add a photo to each step.
• Easier sharing with a partner: invite with a link or QR code. Whoever shares covers it — your partner joins the shared profile for free.
• Fixes: achievements earned earlier no longer show an odd date, plus many smaller improvements.
If Vigdís helps your family, a rating on the App Store means a lot to us.

Setup is calmer
Getting started asks less of you up front. You now choose rewards
right after picking routines, so tasks and rewards get set up
together — and the first time your child finishes something, it's a
celebration instead of a queue of pop-ups. We also wait until your
second visit to ask about reminders, rather than interrupting setup.
Lóa can take a break
Some children love our golden plover, and some would rather have a
quieter screen. You can now turn Lóa off under Settings → Calm mode.
Fixes
• Play routine sometimes opened with no steps in it. It now always
starts the routine you picked.
• Confetti occasionally didn't appear when a task was completed.
• Timer tasks couldn't be unchecked once they were done. Tapping to
undo now works the same as any other task.
We've removed schedule scanning. It wasn't accurate enough to trust with your family's routines, and a wrong routine is worse than no routine.
Thanks for using Vigdís.

Here's minimal and accurate for what's in this build:
• Copy a profile's whole setup — routines, tasks, steps and
rewards — onto another profile in a few taps.
• "Sync my profiles" now genuinely controls whether your data
is uploaded. Previously the switch had no effect.
• Settings opens with a single card showing your profile,
account and plan together, instead of splitting them.
• Faster, lighter syncing on households with several profiles.
2.3 Aug 19
Calmer first run, and photos that fit.
• A new welcome that asks which part of your day is hardest —
mornings, after school, bedtime — and sets up a matching
routine before you create anything.
• Try before you commit. The walkthrough now lets you tick off
a real task and watch the points land, instead of just
describing it.
• Your photos, your framing. A built-in camera and a new crop
editor let you choose exactly what shows on a profile photo,
cover image, task or reward.
• A noticeably smoother task list.
• Clearer Icelandic wording in a few places.
2.2 Aug 17
• Routines with steps now reset properly each day
• Changing a task's points no longer affects points already earned
• You can now sign in with an email address and password
• Accessibility: better VoiceOver in Do Mode, Calm Mode now
quiets Lóa's animations, and long task names no longer get cut off
