I complained that the old app was clunky and would keep signing us out. I would love to have that old app back. This one is basically like a really bad website not an app. We can’t even see if/ when the bus is coming. We can’t get an easy to view timetable or easily navigate between different routes like h07 and h05 to see what’s coming on time. No idea how to buy tickets on it. Not holding out much hope it will be smooth. It’s all so clunky. I hope it’s just a temporary measure.

The app used to have real time tracking. So even if a bus was supposed to arrive at, let’s say 3 o’clock, you could tell if it was early or late as it had real time tracking. Awful update. Basically useless in that regard.

This seems to be designed not as a stand alone app but just a mirror of the website, no realtime tracking of buses and the app doesn’t accurately have my past and active tickets. The prior app although not perfect was much better.

I hope that the free summer rides is, at least, something Hudson Link is doing to make riding easy while this app is built out to bring back features from the previous “myGoMobile” app. We’ve lost: -An easy in-app way to buy tickets-Quick view on favorite routes and schedules-Real-time info on where buses areFor a bus system that can already be unpredictable, the loss of info in this new app makes planning a commute even less accessible.
