Parents set a daily step goal, kids hit it, and the apps they love unlock automatically. No more nagging, no more guessing — just a simple, motivating connection between movement and screen time. How It Works 1. Parents create a profile for each child and choose which apps to restrict. 2. A daily step goal is set, tracked automatically through Apple Health and a connected wearable (or iPhone, if a wearable isn't available). 3. As your child moves throughout the day, earned screen time updates in real time. 4. Once the goal is hit, restricted apps unlock for the day. Built for Real Families Activate Fitness is designed to work the way real life does. Parents can pause screen time temporarily when needed — for homework, dinner, or anything else — without losing progress. If a wearable is unavailable on a given day, kids can request temporary iPhone-based step tracking, with parent approval. Everything resets automatically each night, so the next day starts fresh. Privacy & Safety First Activate Fitness only tracks step data needed to calculate screen time earned — nothing more. Parents stay in control through a secure parent dashboard, with PIN-protected settings to prevent changes by kids.
