Warehouse and dock - Packing orders arrive on the handheld: receive one, work it, and scans that owe a packing step are blocked with a dialog naming the operator who holds it. - Piece receipts get a Done action and a contents summary on the dock, a dedicated reference row on the identity header, and removing a piece now works offline. - A package that declares more seats than it has pieces shows the empty seats; tap one to create the missing piece in place. Scanning into a declared seat fills it directly. - Scanned lot labels resolve against the order's HAWB, and a bare lot label is left for the server to bind. - Every scan screen now offers typed entry and camera scanning from one dock, with the keyboard no longer covering the field. - Outbound scans read as Loaded rather than Departed. Work Orders - Filter the list by route or line haul. - Run times on each card, clearer piece-count wording, and inbound/outbound tabs renamed to match how the yard talks. - The Line Haul badge is no longer clipped. Driver stops and paperwork - Redesigned stop flow: stacked footer actions, consistent dialog sizing, and buttons that clear the home indicator on gesture-navigation devices. - A delivery cannot be arrived at or completed until that order's own pickup has been collected elsewhere on the route, with a banner explaining the hold. Navigation stays available. - A refused stop is no longer reported as delivered, and refused freight is no longer reported as verified. - The POD upload step is now called Paperwork on both pickups and deliveries, and it routes to convert-to-PDF. - Document photos can be auto-cropped and deskewed by the device's document scanner, with the manual cropper as a fallback. - Signature capture is now two steps: sign and name, then drag the signature onto the page before anything is stamped. JPG and PNG documents are supported. - Accessorials appear on the stop detail screen when your company shows them to drivers. - A closed grouped stop can be opened for its details. Fixes - The warehouse home screen no longer gets stuck when a stored value fails to read. - The receipt list refreshes when you return to it. - Feature settings load before the first screen reads them, so gated features no longer start off. - Multi-hyphen numeric barcodes resolve to the right piece. - Offline removal now raises one message instead of two.

New: Inventory Count - Count on-dock freight from the app. Choose a scope (terminal, warehouse, location, customer or status), verify how many pieces it covers, then scan straight through the list. - Pieces confirm the instant you scan them. An unexpected piece is flagged in a banner instead of a blocking dialog, so you never stop scanning. - Counting never changes a piece's status. Close the count and review the variance, where missing pieces and unexpected finds hand off to the screens that already resolve them. - Works offline. Scans confirm on the device and sync as one batch when you are back on a signal. Offline e-signing - Receipts still waiting for a signature on your remaining stops now download ahead of time, so you can collect a signature with no connection. - A document that fails to load now tells you, instead of leaving you on a spinner. Sign-in and start-up - Your session is now resolved behind the splash screen, so the login form no longer flashes on launch. - Losing signal no longer signs you out. The app opens offline and replays your queued work once connectivity returns. - Signing out clears cached route data, so the next person to sign in on a shared device only ever sees their own route.

New warehouse tools and a rebuilt work-order scan flow. Packing (new) - Pack pieces into a parent or unpack a bundle from a single screen. - An Activity tab lists everything you packed and unpacked today, including attempts that failed and the reason. - Barcodes resolve against the server, so pieces with no terminal or warehouse assigned are found. Receipts (rebuilt) - Create, edit and look up piece receipts and their containers. - Scan a reference number to jump straight to a receipt or container. - Browsing is scoped to your warehouse and the last 10 days so lists load fast; searching still reaches older receipts. - Guided coach marks on first visit. Free Scanning - New Move mode: relocate a piece to a new warehouse location in one scan, without changing its status. This replaces Check orders / storage move. - Your daily scan log now survives leaving the screen and restarting the app, and clears on a new day. - Tap any scan-log row to open that piece's details, including pieces with no order. Work Orders - The details screen now shows one flat, sorted scan log: extra pieces at the top, completed rows at the bottom. - Scanning never blocks. A label the work order does not list is recorded as loose freight and parked in the Needs attention tray for review, instead of being attributed to the wrong order. - Rescanning a barcode whose pieces are all accounted for parks an Extra piece for confirmation rather than interrupting with a dialog. - Shortages are recorded when you finish a mode, and refused staging moves are reported. Fixes - A temporarily unreachable server no longer signs you out; your session and offline data are kept. - Signing out now returns you to the login screen. - Over-the-air updates install reliably again. - Android build and stability fixes.
