• The 4-4-8 Breathing Cycle: Find your center with a guided somatic breathwork ritual. Watch as eight hearts guide your journey:
• Inhale: The first four hearts fill as you draw in life.
• Hold: The next four hearts fill as you suspend the moment.
• Exhale: The hearts slowly dissipate over an eight-count as you release and let go.
• Vitality Sync: Tap the three hearts to replay the meditation soundscape and instantly log your current Beats Per Minute (BPM).

• Anchor Your Thoughts: Once your hearts are restored, use the minimalist log entry to "scribe" your internal state. Capture a thought, a prayer, or a moment of peace before it fades.
