- Manual users get the committed term too, and the vehicle loan comes back out of it
- The automatic floor is now a real per-month figure, and stops projecting negative
- The floor can be calculated automatically each month, and now is by default
- Re-linking a bank now supersedes the old connection to it, automatically
- A user may rename a linked account, and the sync will not take it back
- Card rows on the Debt page now always show your next payment and when it is due, and the forecast explains which statement it is holding cash back for.
- Your net worth, cash, investments, retirement, and card debt now sit in one always-visible strip at the top of the Dashboard, and the duplicate copies of those numbers around the app have been removed
- Card rate tiers can now carry a monthly instalment amount, so fixed 0% plans like Chase Equal Pay are paid on schedule instead of being treated as if they will reprice.
- The debt planner now holds back what your next statement needs, so it stops recommending a payment to a lower-rate card that would cost you a higher-rate card's grace period.

New Features
- Vehicles tab — Two-phase car tracker covering saving and loan phases. Track your down payment progress, link a funding account, set a planned purchase date, and log gift/external contributions. Once purchased, the loan phase tracks your balance, monthly payment, and payoff timeline.
- Premium gate on Vehicles — Vehicles tab is now a premium feature.
Forecast Improvements
- Car loan remaining balances are now included in the Net Worth liabilities line on the 36-month chart — both active loans and saving-phase projected loans before purchase.
- Tax estimate now uses bracket-based federal withholding calculation (filing status + dependents + child tax credit) instead of a static rate table. If you've set up Federal Withholding in Budget - - - Control deductions, that amount is used directly; otherwise the bracket estimate kicks in as a fallback.
- Tax card always shows in the Assumptions drawer. Refund or amount owed appears inside the card — no duplicate labels.
- State tax dropdown now shows the rate next to each state name.
- Month labels on the Forecast chart are no longer cramped on smaller screens.
Debt Payoff
- Credit card debt trajectory chart moved to the top of the Debt Payoff tab with simulation-accurate per-card end balances.
- Statement balance and full balance payoff preferences now correctly stop interest accrual once the card is paid to statement level.
- Cash floor section consolidated — no longer shown twice.
Transactions
- Category emojis added to each transaction row for faster visual scanning.
Navigation
- Mobile nav restructured: 4 primary tabs (Home, Budget, Debt, AI) with Vehicles, Goals, Forecast, Net Worth, and others in the More panel.
- Vehicles moved above Goals in the desktop sidebar.
Bug Fixes & Polish
- Budget Control summary cards: Debt Payments and Transfers now fill a clean 2-column row instead of leaving an empty gap in the middle.
- Net Worth breakdown lists: removed the "live" badge that caused number overlap at mid-range viewport widths.
- Vehicles tab shows a proper skeleton loader while data loads.
- Forecast chart tooltip text enlarged for readability; blank colon entries removed.
