Fair concern, so here's exactly what's what: the underlying data is indeed public, and it stays free ADF&G publishes it across a half-dozen websites and PDFs, and you're welcome to check them all every hour like we do. Sockeye Run Pro is $25 per season for having that done for you: every district's counts, escapement, openings and EOs pushed to your phone the moment they post, Port Moller's nightly report with the crew's own commentary, and your personal catch log synced, in one app, on the grounds where you don't have time to browse websites. That's less than one pound of sockeye across your whole season. And if you don't want to pay: every past season is free in the app, no account needed.
