HOW IT WORKS

2. Swipe through nearby coaches, or browse by sport.
3. Match, message, and book a real time slot from their calendar.
4. Pay in the app. Turn up and train.
FIND THE RIGHT COACH
• Explore by sport — weightlifting, running, basketball, soccer, football, baseball, tennis, pickleball, swimming, boxing, yoga, HIIT, cycling, nutrition, golf, volleyball and more.
• The Lock-In deck puts the nearest, best-rated coaches first. Swipe right to connect, left to pass.
• Every profile shows photos, bio, specialties, certifications, hourly rate and real ratings from people who trained with them.
• Standouts and Top Trainers surface coaches worth a look.
• Choose in-person, hybrid or online coaching.
BOOK AND PAY IN SECONDS
• Coaches publish their weekly hours. You pick an open slot and it is confirmed instantly — no waiting for approval.
• Pay securely by card in the app. Your session is confirmed the moment payment clears.
• Reschedule or cancel yourself, up to your coach's cancellation window. Cancel in time and you are refunded in full.
• Buy a multi-session package from coaches who offer them and draw sessions from it as you book.
• Your calendar keeps every session, and your phone reminds you 24 hours and 1 hour before.
FOR COACHES
• Set your weekly availability once. Clients book real slots against it without messaging you first.
• Get paid straight to your own account — payouts are handled by Stripe, and you connect your bank in a few minutes.
• Locked-In takes 5% of each session, or 3% if you are on Pro.
• Swipe to find clients too, not just the other way round.
• See your Booking Score and analytics: profile views, match rate, repeat clients and earnings over time.
• Upload certifications to earn a Certified Trainer badge, and show your work with a photo gallery and a 60-second intro video.
• Sell multi-session packages.
OPTIONAL PLANS FOR COACHES
Everything you need to be found, booked and paid is free. Two optional plans add visibility and tools:
• Boost, $2.99/month — priority placement in the deck, profile analytics, unlimited photos and an intro video.
• Pro, $4.99/month — everything in Boost, a reduced 3% fee, advanced analytics, package deals, Featured Coach badge and Top Trainers eligibility.
Both are one-month auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Apple ID. Cancel any time in the App Store.
Clients pay a 5% booking fee on each session, shown before you pay.
Training sessions are delivered by independent coaches, not by Locked-In. Always train within your limits and talk to a doctor before starting a new programme.
