Our biggest update yet. • Countdowns with a view — flagged events now show a real map of where you're headed, or your own trip photos, with a bigger, bolder countdown. • While you were away — a new bell on the Dashboard gathers everything that changed in your shared spaces: who edited what, new photos, checked-off to-dos, and new expenses. • Travel Passport — every city you visit becomes a stamp, countries earn gold, and upcoming trips wait as locked stamps. **A fresh look for creating events, plus YentSplit upgrades.** • Redesigned event editor — flag and Apple Calendar toggles right up top, a clearer one-day or multi-day choice before you pick dates, and compact Repeats and Reminder controls. Less scrolling, less clutter. • Itinerary, YentSplit, and To-dos now live on one row of tiles with their own switches — flip one on and tap the tile to jump straight in. • Cleaner event lists — every event is now a tidy two-line card: date, group, and feature icons on top, title underneath. Long-press any event to mark it complete early. • Photos — download a single photo or save them all to your photo library, and delete photos right from the full-screen viewer. • YentSplit — a new Add Expense button right where you need it, and a refreshed expense form with the amount front and center. • Fixed a bug where editing an event's date could duplicate the event or shift the date when two-way calendar sync was on.

Fixes iCloud sharing. Important: if sharing or syncing isn't working for you, please delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store — your events will sync back from iCloud automatically.

Fixes an issue that could stop events, edits, and shared groups from syncing over iCloud. Syncing and sharing are restored.

This update fixes two issues: • Fixed a problem where inviting people to an event that was already in a group could remove the event from that group. Events in a group now stay put — to invite more people, use Manage Members on the group. • Fixed a freeze that could happen when deleting more than one expense in a YentSplit tracker. Thanks for the reports — keep them coming.

• Auto-sync your Apple Calendar Watch any of your iPhone calendars and have new events flow into Yent automatically. Per-calendar opt-in — pick exactly which calendars to follow and which Yent group each one's events land in. • Two-way deletes (your call) Optional "Mirror deletes" toggles per direction: deleting an event in your calendar can remove the Yent copy, and deleting it in Yent can remove it from your calendar. Off by default — symmetric only if you want it. • Pick where Yent saves events New default calendar picker for "Save to Apple Calendar" — no more hunting through iOS Settings to change the destination calendar. • Import remembers your picks The manual Calendar Import sheet now starts with the calendars you chose last time, instead of selecting every calendar.

• Import from Apple Calendar — pull your existing events straight into Yent. Pick a date range, choose which calendars to pull from, and they land in your Personal group. • "How Yent works" — a quick guided tour, available anytime from your profile. • Haptic feedback — subtle taps when you flag events, finish to-dos, and move around the calendar (turn it off anytime in your profile). • Multi-page itinerary PDFs — long trips no longer get cut off when you share them.

Polish round on top of v1.6.2: • Key info pinned at the top of Dashboard, Spaces, Yearbook, and YentSplit screens — summaries stay in view while you scroll the list below. • Dashboard now shows what's yours and what's coming up. Events tile counts upcoming events only; To-Dos tile shows only the to-dos assigned to you. • New jump-to menu in the top bar of All Events, All To-Dos, and All YentSplit. Hop straight to past events, completed to-dos, or settled trackers. • Big section titles stay visible while you scroll — they no longer disappear when you scroll down the master lists.

A whole new look — refreshed splash, Dashboard, Spaces, and Yearbook. Brand colors aligned across every screen. Yent Yearbook — your year as a beautiful, shareable PDF with a world map of where you've been, your most memorable events, and your photos. YentSplit (formerly SharePay) — same easy expense tracking, new name. The balance now reads "Kent owes you $X" or "You owe Kent $X" instead of just the group total. Photos on events — attach photos to any event, view full-screen, sync with everyone in the group. Subset splits now sync across devices — fixes a v1.6.1 limitation where per-expense subset choices only stuck on the creator's device.

Yent SharePay — track shared expenses on any group event. · Add splitters: people, couples, or external contributors. Log who paid for what, even snap a receipt photo. · Auto settle-up: everyone marks Done when they're caught up, Yent calculates who owes whom with the fewest transactions. · Export as PDF: share the settle-up with anyone, even people without the app. · All SharePay tab: see every event with shared expenses across all your Groups in one place. Note: splitting an expense with a custom subset of people works on your device but doesn't sync to others yet — that's coming in the next update. For now, the default "split with everyone" flow syncs perfectly.

See your plans at a glance. · Calendar view: tap All Events and switch to Calendar for a month grid with dots on every date that has something planned. Tap a day to see what's there. · Default reminder: set your preferred reminder timing in Profile → Preferences. New events you create will use it automatically — you can still change it per event. · Cleaner event cards: long tag lists no longer crowd the card. We show the first three tags plus a "+N" badge when there are more.

Know the moment a plan changes. · Notifications for shared edits: when someone edits an event in a group you're in, you'll get a heads-up with their name and the event title. · Mute by group: don't want pings from a noisy group? Tap … → Mute Edit Notifications on that group only. · Redesigned Manage Members: real names instead of "(Owner)", Add People, Remove member, Stop Sharing, and Leave Group all in one polished sheet. · Cleaner group picker: hidden one-off groups no longer clutter the list when you're choosing where to file an event. · Warning before leaving a group: switching an event to "Invite specific people" now confirms before pulling it out of its original group. Plus polish for Personal-group deduplication, display-name cleanup when participants leave, and quieter sync.

Plan more together. Share with anyone. · Three-tier to-dos: per-event, per-group, or personal. Assign tasks to anyone in your group and filter by who's responsible. · All To-dos: a master view showing everything you're working on across every group + your personal list. · Recurring events: weekly, monthly, or yearly — events auto-roll forward to the next occurrence. · Event reminders: get a local notification before any event starts. · Invite specific people: send a one-off event without polluting your Spaces tab. The hidden ad-hoc group keeps your group list clean. · Share with anyone: send a polished PDF + calendar file to friends on Android, Windows, or Apple devices that don't have Yent. · Personal group: a built-in home for solo events. Plus a host of UX polish — bolder dates and titles, cleaner recurring-event display, better member-name resolution, and more.
