They have all these ways to communicate with them, and the automated email is responsive so is there customer service. None of that means anything is they don’t do what they say. It’s bad business. I have made several attempts to correct the shipping address on my package and was told, after speaking with customer service on the phone, that my package would be returned back to the facility it came from per our previous email communication. Now the package is out for delivery and they claim they will attempt to intercept the delivery. The package should have never made it out for delivery as they told me 2 DAYS AGO that they were returning the package to the facility.
