Taste profile: set your loved and avoided grapes, regions, producers, styles, and price comfort. Quick to set up, optional, and editable anytime. Thumbs ratings: rate any bottle up, so-so, or down from a scan, your favorites, or your cellar. The more you rate, the sharper your picks get. "For you" notes: list and single-bottle scans now explain why a wine fits your taste, or why it might not. Smarter ranking: wines are ordered by your personal fit, and your hard no-gos are filtered out automatically.

Cellar ratings, smarter favorites, and a faster way to scan again. • Tap into any wine on a scanned list to see its Cellar rating — scored for that exact bottling and vintage, not the producer's entry-level wine. When we can't confidently match it, we say "not rated yet" instead of guessing. • Save a wine to Favorites in one tap. Your favorite now keeps its Cellar rating, the restaurant, and the price from that list — works offline and syncs automatically, with no duplicates for the same bottle. • Tap the Scan tab to start a fresh scan instantly, without scrolling to the bottom of your results. Plus reliability improvements throughout.

Scans are way faster. Wine list scans now finish in about a third of the time — around 10 seconds instead of 30. No more staring at a spinner: picks appear on screen as the sommelier finds them. Bottle scans show the wine the moment the label is read, while the full profile finishes up. Photos upload faster too, especially on spotty restaurant Wi-Fi or cellular.

Manage your cellar faster. • Bulk edit — select multiple bottles at once to set their location, change quantity, mark them drank, or delete. Tap ••• → Select bottles to start. • Tonight's wine now lets you choose where to look — pair only from your wine fridge, basement, or any location you pick (including unlabeled bottles). • Your cellar size is always in view: a running "bottles on hand · wines" count sits right above the list. • Cleaner region filtering — specific appellations are grouped into classic regions (Bordeaux, Napa Valley, Piedmont…), so the region filter stays short and easy to scan.

Filter your cellar by where each bottle is stored — kitchen rack, wine fridge, basement, offsite, wherever. Haven't labeled a bottle yet? A new "No location" filter rounds up everything unlabeled so you can tag it in a tap. Location is always optional, and "Any location" still shows your whole collection.

Search is here. Find any wine in your History or Favorites instantly — just pull down and start typing. Search looks across everything: restaurant, producer, region, vintage, price, pairing notes, and your own tasting notes. It's fast, works offline, and is forgiving about accents and partial words (so "rose" finds "Rosé").

Share the full story of any wine. • Share complete tasting profiles — scores, drinking window, pricing, tasting notes, pairings, and producer details — as a polished, branded PDF. • New share options on favorites and bottles in your cellar, not just fresh scans. • Sharing now sends a clean text summary alongside the PDF, so it looks great whether you're texting a friend or emailing a list.

Single-bottle scanner Photograph any bottle's label and the sommelier returns a full profile: producer, vintage, region, varietal, critic scores, retail + restaurant pricing, drinking window, tasting notes, and food pairings. Save the bottle to favorites, share it, or pair it against tonight's dish — all from the profile screen. Cancel button on the scanner: back out at any stage instead of being forced through. Confirms before discarding photos mid-scan. Home cellar New Cellar tab tracks the bottles you actually own — separate from Favorites, which stays a wishlist of restaurant picks. Add bottles four ways: Photo: snap the label and the sommelier fills the form in for you. From a scan you already did. From a favorite — promote a wishlist pick once you've bought it. Manual — type in producer, vintage, drink window. Each bottle has a quantity counter and a freeform location (wine fridge, garage rack, etc.). "I drank one" logs a rating + tasting note + date and ticks the count down. Empty bottles stick around as drink history. Tonight's wine: tell the sommelier what you're eating and she picks the best match from your cellar, ranked with reasoning. Peak-window reminders: local notifications when a bottle is entering its prime drinking window. Fixes Years now display correctly (no more "2,026"). Pull-to-refresh works on an empty Cellar tab.
