This update makes GroupWork more reliable and fixes a duplicate Home Screen shortcut. Thanks for using GroupWork!

A big accessibility pass, better photo handling, and fixes. • VoiceOver and TalkBack. Hundreds of buttons across the app were readable but never announced as buttons — now they are, with real names instead of icon glyphs. Switches announce whether they are on or off, and every icon-only control has a name. • Bigger tap targets on the password and email fields. The show/hide password button was smaller than the accessibility minimum, especially on the web app. • Photos that fail now say why, and offer a retry. A photo that could not be loaded is no longer silently left out, and deleting one no longer leaves a "syncing" placeholder behind. • Cropping works on the web app again. • Fixed the app colour reverting on its own shortly after you changed it. • On iPhone, the keyboard no longer covers the button at the bottom of a pop-up. • The app icon is drawn at the right size again on iOS 26. • The Support badge no longer counts tickets it will not show you. • Under the hood: updated to the latest Expo SDK 57 releases, which bring app-launch, notification and background-sync fixes. Thanks for using GroupWork!

New app colours, a Home Screen widget, and fixes. • App colours (Pro). Pick Rose, Forest, Crimson or Lagoon in Settings > App Color and the whole app follows — including a matching Home Screen icon. Midnight, the original, is always there to switch back to. • "Up Next" widget. Add it to your Home Screen or Lock Screen to see your next due tasks and your next meeting at a glance, in six sizes. • Clearer colours throughout. Buttons, badges and status pills were re-tuned so text on a coloured background is easier to read, in both light and dark mode. • Better background syncing on iOS, and steadier handling of slow or dropped connections. • Assorted layout, accessibility and stability fixes. Thanks for using GroupWork!

Fixes and improvements. • Upload status is much clearer. You can now see how many photos are still uploading, what actually went wrong when one fails, and what to do next. • Queued photos are safer. A temporary storage error can no longer discard work that hasn't finished uploading yet. • Discarding a queued item no longer promises to send photos it won't send. • Sharing a PDF no longer leaves the export stuck on a spinner. • Assorted layout, accessibility and stability fixes. Thanks for using GroupWork!

Introducing GroupWork Pro. • GroupWork Pro is $4.99 per month, and includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime. • Unlimited groups you own, 20× the storage — 5 GB instead of 250 MB — and unlimited photos on every task, meeting and validation. • Attach files — PDFs, docs and spreadsheets. • Recurring tasks and validations, duplicate projects and meetings, markup tools for photos, and custom PDF branding. GroupWork stays free to use, with everything you need to run a team. You'll be asked to sign in again after updating — a one-time change as GroupWork moves to its new company account. Thanks for using GroupWork!

This update makes syncing more reliable: • If your connection drops or gets spotty, GroupWork now recovers on its own — and a one-tap Quick Refresh restores syncing if it ever stays stuck. • Faster, more dependable photo and task uploads. • Behind-the-scenes performance and stability improvements. Thanks for using GroupWork!

Your work, now on your Home Screen. • Up Next widget — add the GroupWork widget to see your next tasks and meetings without opening the app. • Quick actions — press and hold the app icon to add a task, start a meeting, or scan a QR code. • Dictate instead of typing — tap the mic on a task to speak the title or description. Also fixed: • A photo picked from your library could be replaced by a different one. • Photos could stay stuck on "uploading" after posting. • Buttons could stop responding after closing a form.

This update fixes a crash on launch that affected version 26.0.5. • Fixed — GroupWork could close immediately when you opened it. It now launches normally. Everything from 26.0.5 is still here: the redesigned sign-in, steadier task photos, the email-confirmation return, cleaner validation cards, and a real App Store link when you invite a friend. Sorry for the trouble — thank you for updating.

A cleaner sign-in, steadier photos, and fewer permissions. • Redesigned sign-in — one clean GroupWork backdrop instead of a split screen. • Photos stay put — task photo counts no longer drift, and "syncing…" tiles no longer linger after an upload finishes. • Back where you started — confirming your email now returns you to GroupWork instead of leaving you on a web page. • Cleaner validation cards — attachments show only when you've actually added photos or files, and you can attach your sign-off photo before marking a validation done. • Invite a friend — the share sheet now sends a real App Store link. • Fewer permissions — we removed several the app never used, including microphone and contacts access. Plus polish across comments, group icons, and the meeting editor.
