Built for IT teams and MSPs, GenticFlow gives technicians the context, endpoint access, actions, approvals, notes, and evidence they need to finish ticket work from anywhere.
This is not just mobile monitoring. GenticFlow follows the support loop technicians actually run: review the ticket, understand the affected endpoint, investigate the issue, take approved action, verify the result, update the record, and move the ticket forward.
With GenticFlow, technicians can:

GenticFlow is governed by the same permissions, approval policies, endpoint scope, and evidence record as the desktop technician workbench.
Risky or destructive actions still require approval. Commands and remediation results stay on the record. Ticket notes and evidence remain attached, so the support history is complete whether the technician works from the desk or from mobile.
