Each pattern takes the form of a distinct character you can recognize, question, and speak with. A way to give the loop a voice so you can hear what it is trying to protect.

Your personal reading offers different angles on the pattern. Choose the insight that resonates and explore it further. What sets the loop off? What does it protect? What does it cost you afterward?
PREPARE FOR A REAL MOMENT
A date, a meeting, a hard conversation coming up? Tell your character what's ahead, then meet the feeling before you're in it. See its shape, hear its sound, shake your phone to feel how it moves, and set how big it is. Leave with one small move to carry in, and come back after to see how it went.
PICK UP YOUR THREAD
Bring a moment from your day, a thought that keeps circling, or something you want to understand. Thread connects what you share with what you have already explored, so you can return to what matters without starting from the beginning.
TALK WITH YOUR PATTERN
Speak with your character in real time and hear it answer as the pattern itself. Question its reasoning, explore what it fears, and notice how its voice shows up in your life. You can also explore through text.
FIND A WAY OUT
Choose a small, optional move grounded in your situation. Each one comes three ways: something to say, something to notice, or something to feel. Pick the one that fits, then see what happens.
Return with what you discovered. Explore what helped, what was difficult, or what remains unclear. Adjust the move or choose another direction when you are ready.
No perfect streaks. No punishment for disappearing. No requirement to have it figured out.
KEEP WHAT YOU DISCOVER
Moves gathers what you've tried and what you've saved into a hand of cards you can come back to. Put the move you're trying on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, so it's there when the moment comes. Open any loop to explore teachings, or read its story for another way to see it.
