SET THE RULES • Set a daily spending limit and a per-purchase cap. • Choose which categories are allowed (snacks, meals, merch, activities). • Change any rule any time — it takes effect immediately at every camp register. APPROVE ON THE SPOT • When your camper tries to spend over their limit, you get a tap-to-approve alert. • Approve or decline in seconds so they're never stuck at the counter. SEE EVERYTHING, INSTANTLY • Every purchase, decline, refund, and top-up appears in a live activity feed. • Open any transaction for the full receipt. PEACE OF MIND • Freeze a band instantly if it's misplaced — the balance stays safe. • Limits are enforced on our servers at every register and can't be bypassed. • Card details are handled securely by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
