Care now lives on your Lock Screen. A running sleep or nursing timer shows as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and the bottle clock counts down its two hour freshness window right there, so whoever made the bottle remembers to finish it. New home screen widget, Care at a glance: the last feed, the last nap, and any running timer, visible without opening the app. It works in StandBy on a nightstand too.

Quiet notifications: updates can now land in Notification Center without the app ever showing a permission popup. The shell matches your light or dark theme edge to edge, and logging, keeping, and starting a timer answer with a gentle haptic. On the family side: a calmer two-step sleep timer with cancel, one unified open-threads list you can actually resolve, an optional after-feed reminder that cancels itself if someone feeds first, a care coverage calendar for who has the kids day by day, and easier ways to get the app onto a caregiver's phone.

New in this version: you'll get a notification when the other parent or a caregiver adds something to the log, like a feed or a nap, so you know what happened without opening the app. The rest is speed and reliability fixes.

We simplified the name to Enlightened Parent and made the app more reliable. Recent improvements: smoother caregiver handoffs, a faster shared care log, and stronger privacy. Health-related notes stay with parents and aren't included on caregiver links unless you choose to share them.
