OneTrack is built on one rule: you can only have ONE active project at a time.
Commit, deliberately. A quick "this one or that one?" picker narrows your backlog to a single project. Then you write down why — in your own words — and choose a window: 3, 7, or 14 days.
Switching costs something. Try to jump to a different project and OneTrack shows you your own reason, makes you wait out a cooldown, and asks you to type that you are abandoning what you started. Choose Hardcore mode and you simply can't switch until the window ends. No override.
Deep focus, honestly tracked. A timestamp-based timer logs real focus time per project — accurate even after you close the app. Finish, and an earned completion screen shows the hours you put in and the reason you started.
The Graveyard. Projects you abandon don't disappear. They sit here, with the time you sank into them, unfinished. A quiet argument for holding the line.
Plus: notes per project, a focus stats dashboard, project categories, and a ranking tournament to see what you truly value.
