Our first big update since launch. Most of it came from what residents asked for. DOORS AND ENTRY • The Access tab is rebuilt — your doors are now large, colour-coded keys you can hit without looking. • Guest links: send one link that opens the doors you choose, for the people you choose, for as long as you choose. Take it back at any time. • The entrance camera opens straight from the Access tab. AREGA, YOUR BUILDING ASSISTANT • Ask what you owe and Arega breaks it down line by line — water, maintenance, month by month. • Ask it to let a guest in and it prepares the link for you. • Ask which tickets you have open and it answers. MONEY • Autopay: turn it on from your phone and stop thinking about the monthly dues. • Building reports: what was billed, collected and spent over the last twelve months, in one chart. • Some balances were shown incorrectly on the phone. That is fixed — your figures now match the building's books.
