Score every U.S. military PT test offline. Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marines, Coast Guard. Official standards, goal planner, training program, test-day proctor.
Military Fitness Score puts every branch's official PT standards in your pocket. Enter your numbers and see your score, whether you passed, and where you stand — Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
For service members, recruits, JROTC cadets, unit fitness leaders, and anyone training to a military standard. It runs on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking, no servers.
SCORED AGAINST THE REAL CHARTS
• Army AFT & CFT · Navy PRT & CFT · Air Force PFRA · Space Force HPA · Marine Corps PFT & CFT · Coast Guard PFT
• Selection and entry gates too: Navy PST, Air Force IFT & OFT, Marine Corps IST, Army OPAT
• Altitude adjustments, and every alternate cardio event including the Navy stationary bike
• Every branch's rules and alternates — searchable, cited, dated
BODY COMPOSITION, CURRENT ERA
• Waist-to-height screening for every branch — plus the follow-on step where one applies (Navy BF%, Marine Corps caps)
• Margins, what-ifs, and a trend — Apple Health weight and body fat as reference
TRAIN TO A GOAL
• Pick a target score and test date; see exactly what you need on each event
• A program that adapts to your results and medical profile as they change
• JROTC Cadet Mode: four service programs, scored to an award, not pass or fail
• Pregnancy and postpartum mode from the official guidebook, with branch exemption windows
• Army: exact promotion points from your AFT total. Other branches: what a result does — and doesn't do — for advancement
LIFESTYLE — FUEL, SLEEP & RECOVERY
• Daily calorie and macro targets from your own profile — training day vs rest day
• Log sleep and water yourself, or connect Apple Health for last night's sleep and today's calories and macros
• A 350+ entry nutrition, sleep, and supplement library, every entry cited: Warfighter Nutrition Guide, DRIs, NIH, CDC
• A pre-test sleep routine and a 20-second morning check-in, read back against published thresholds — never an invented readiness score
RUN A REAL TEST DAY
• Live proctor mode with event timers and official order; give each participant a number, shown on screen and the scorecard
• A durable interval timer on your Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, Apple Watch, and Control Center (iOS 18+); your Watch can record heart rate as you train
• Grade a whole squad at once: saved squads, a finish chute, per-member results
• Fill and export a DA Form 705; medical profiles score exemptions correctly everywhere
• Edit or undo a saved result — score shown before and after — plus new 3M, 6M, 1Y and All charts
FOR UNIT FITNESS LEADERS
• Roster from members' CSV exports, or scan a member's MFS worksheet — camera, photo, or PDF, confirmed before saving
• Readiness dashboard and a work queue tracking notify → schedule → test → enter, with no-show and remedial cohorts
• Commander Report PDF (initials-only option), signable scorecards, and entry-ready worksheets including Navy PRIMS-2
• Face ID or passcode lock, and a one-tap purge
SIRI, SPOTLIGHT & ON-DEVICE AI
• Ask Siri your latest score, to start intervals, or to log your weight — ten Shortcuts, fifty phrasings, and Siri now answers to "MFS"
• On Apple Intelligence iPhones, Siri draws on your own results and goals; iOS 18+ adds Spotlight search, indexed on this iPhone only
• Describe a result and on-device AI fills in the events to check before saving; leaders get an AI-drafted unit briefing (aggregates only). Nothing you type or say leaves your phone
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking
• Offline-first: nothing you enter touches a server we run
• Syncs privately between your devices via your own iCloud
• Apple Health: read what you connect; write only what you explicitly review — water, weigh-ins, workouts, mindfulness
Military Fitness Score is an independent, unofficial tool. Scores are computed from each branch's published standards, but the app is not an official record — always confirm results through your unit's official testing process.
The app is very information dense, amazing for people who haven’t done a lot of fitness research. I wish the app didn’t focus as much on stereotypical military nutrition/fitness because most people do not eat at the DFAC and most people would benefit from a more typical gym approach. But for people who want a military dedicated app this does everything you’d want it to do
Must use tool
The SLUser
This is a fantastic app that takes in all the data and makes a useful resource for any military member to use for self-coaching towards a culture of fitness and meaningful fitness improvement! This is what we have been needing. Thank you!
Well designed app
El_Chueco
Useful even if you are not officially training for a military fitness test. Everything works so well. Thank you for adding ability to edit a test result in release 2.0!
Worth it!

From version 2.0
MFS is now ready for iOS 27!
• iOS 27, front and center. MFS was refitted for Apple's newest software: Control Center controls, a Live Activity for the interval timer, an end alarm that rings on a locked phone, time-sensitive test-week reminders, heart-rate zones straight from Apple Health, a Siri that knows your records, and Apple Intelligence that fills in a result from your own words, all on the phone.
• On iOS 27, Connect intensity in Recorded Workouts shows the heart-rate zones Apple Health measured for each workout beside the effort your plan asked for. Your Apple Watch can record your heart rate while you train, and on watchOS 27 it names your zone and can tap you when it changes.
• Ask Siri. "What's my latest MFS score", "Start intervals in MFS", "Log my weight in MFS": ten shortcuts with fifty phrasings, and Siri answers to "MFS". Settings ▸ Siri & Shortcuts shows you what to say.
• The new Siri, with Apple Intelligence. Your results, goals, training days, workouts, weigh-ins, sleep, water and medical profiles, and in UFPM mode your roster, are indexed on your iPhone (iOS 18 or later) so Spotlight can find them and the new Siri can draw on them.
• Apple Intelligence, on device (iOS 27). Describe a result in History lets you type or dictate a whole test and the on-device model fills in the events for you to check before anything is saved. Leaders get Prepare briefing on the unit dashboard: a plain-words unit summary with an editable reminder draft.
In version 2.0.2
• Fixed a crash on iOS 18.4 through 18.7 when opening History, Medical Profiles, Personal weigh-ins or the unit roster.
• iCloud sync now includes your progress through your training program (sessions checked off, your streak, exercise swaps, training days and recovery), plus morning check-ins, pain readings and session efforts, Go for Green, Heritage workout results, and your Lifestyle fuel targets and Baseline Week.
• On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, setup offers to pick up the training program iCloud brings back, with the sessions you've already checked off.
• Delete a single morning check-in: swipe it in History ▸ Sleep & Check-ins.
